Called with some questions regarding a problem with my vehicle. Fella who answered the phone was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I didn't end up needing to bring my vehicle in but, if I'm ever in NC and do need service, I already know who I'm calling.

Super friendly mechanic, super helpful and a honest person. I called and he was able to help me instantly with my car that was acting up. Offered amazing services and fixed my car for me with reasonable pricing! I definitely recommend this service to anyone. I will be back!

My family and I were moving from Florida to Massachusetts. In the middle of our drive, the brakes went out on our minivan, and we were stuck in North Carolina, on a Sunday, when everything, including auto shops are closed. Butlers Mechanics, was one of a handful of businesses that were open. By the grace of God, Donnie was available and came through in a heartbeat. We didnt realize he was a mobile mechanic, so that was double convenient as it would be scary to drive with no brakes in a van full of boxes and with children inside. He was incredibly professional and efficient. He went out of his way to call auto stores until he found someone who had the caliper we needed in stock, and also a good deal on it. It was my sister and I and my two boys and we all felt so comfortable with him. He didnt try to lowball us or upsell us on anything. He is a rare breed that is honest and trustworthy. I wish I knew a Donnie in Boston, my sister and I would be lifetime customers. He was worth every penny and then some. He has not only patience but skill and a God given talent!
