        Well, my appointment was at 10 am and here I am at 2 and no courtesy call nor have they shown up. Im thinking how can they be a good advocate if they dont show up or call? I think well make the trip elsewhere for my care. This is twice I have tried to schedule and received nothing. Apparently, they dont need patients, they need staff.
