Smart Auto Move Raleigh

It was very easy to book online. However my order got cancelled twice before it finally went through the 3rd time. It said it was cancelled because no driver was available the week I wanted it towed, so I moved it to the next week. Somehow on the 3rd order it was available the week I wanted. So it charged me $250 (3x). The refunded me twice, but it was a hassle. Then it was supposed to be picked up Monday, but the driver came the Thursday before. I didn't get an email from the representative or call from customer service beforehand. That almost put me in a bind. I would say communicating with the customer in a more timely and efficient manner is something needs to be improved upon. I emailed customer service to confirm the pick update date of January 17th, and the driver came on January 12th. Huge difference. Driver was nice, helpful and friendly.

I sent my car from Las Vegas to Durham and ultimately chose this company because they had locations in both Vegas and Raleigh. Pickup and delivery were as scheduled and the price was better than what other vehicle shippers quoted me.

These guys are the real deal! I must have looked at over 20 car shipping companies and decided on these guys because of their reviews and their communication. I liked the fact that when I called to ask questions, they were informative but not pushy.
