I love the place, the location, the security I feel while being there, how convenient it is to my closest relative. The storage unit does use a keypad entry, which I love as well as it being video monitored. It is also connected to other surrounding businesses, so there's normally working people around doing the day if you ever felt insecure about being there alone. I really like that they use the kiosk method, which is inside the buildingat the location. It made my process quick and easy while booking the unit. They do have rules and regulations so know that they do abide by those rules and regulations. The only problem I can say I see in this business is customer service. I haven't had the pleasure in talking to anyone about a payment issue. I have called several times only to receive a voice-mail each and every time. To add more injury to that minor blow, I have yet to receive any call back from none of the messages. Overall I still say this place is a good renting location. Hopefully they fix their customer service and this place will be a perfect 10/10.
