Im stunned by the work theyve done for me. Im terrible at anything that requires artistic skill so I described the best I could of what I wanted embroidered on a couple of hats and theyve done nothing short of bringing the picture in my head to life and I absolutely love it!!!! Edit: just wanted to let everyone know everything they did is holding up and looking wonderful still after nearly a year later!

Felicia and everyone at 1350 are great to work with. Wonderfully responsive and easy to work with. And really reasonably priced for great quality work. Definitely am coming back for more embroidery work in the future!

It seems this shop does good work if you receive your products and they have stayed in contact with me which is why I will give them the benefit of the doubt and not 1 star them But in my situation is they required payment after discussing designs that would be created before any services are provided. Then two days before the sweatshirt that was suppose to be completed I received a message saying the design was trademarked and unable to be completed. The fact it was trademarked isnt the issue I understand those limitations. I then asked for a refund since what we had agreed upon would not be provided. After a few emails I received 2/3 of my money back. But 1350 refused to return the remaining money and instead sent parts of the logo that could be created saying I was being charged for that. So now Im out money with part of a logo that I didnt want if there is no sweatshirt and them telling me over the phone Im sorry we cant help you and that Im out of luck.
