        I asked for 2 pallets of sod delivered. The delivery was delayed. I was told Id be notified when it would be delivered. No one called, just walked outside to see this. I would have not accepted it if I was notified. One pallet looks great. One looks like it was harvested several days ago, and missing about 10 pieces. Its fairly convenient for SiteOne to not have anyone working the next 3 day for me to reject this delivery. See the photos for proof. If SiteOne is reading this Id like the bad pallet retrieved and replaced. You can see the size comparison and the lack of a dirt layer on the bad pallet on the close ups. Both have been untouched by me at this point.
