Turn around time for a HVAC maintenance appointment was fairly decent. Service was fast and efficient. Pricing was fair and definitely cheaper than a handful of competitors in the area. Tyree was our technician and was professional at all times. He answered all the questions we had. Will book through the company next time.

Our HVAC unit quit providing heat Saturday night. I called Sandhills HVAC late Monday morning after realizing our normal company could not come out until Wednesday. Sandhills was able to add us to Jose's schedule from 5pm to 7pm - the same day I called. Jose arrived around 4:25 pm. He was very polite, efficient, answered all questions, and was respectful of our property. Our problem was a 60 amp fuse. Jose was the most professional company representative we have had at the house in several years. He did not waste any time in addressing the problem and had the unit running at our desired temperature within a brief period of time. We appreciated Sandhills being able to provide same day service: especially employing an exceptional young man who focused on the issue at hand. Jose was most respectful to us and our home.
