Stayed here for 4+ years. Entire staff has always been friendly and professional. Property grounds are maintained weekly and immaculately. Timely responses from maintenance staff when needed for emergencies, even during their off hours. Buildings are maintained and inspected on a regular basis, from exterminators to new roofing. If I ever move back to the area and need to rent, Bluescrossing will no doubt be my first choice

I have had a great experience at Blue's Crossing. The staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful with my move in/move out. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested and have greatly enjoyed my stay!

Theres a reason why this property is at capacity and usually has a wait list to get inand its not just the fair price for it being so well taken care of, or the safe and friendly environment, but its the personal attention the staff give to their tenants. For years, Jason, Shane and team have gone above and beyond to help their tenants. Both of them have gone out of their way, to personally assist with things beyond the call of duty. Jason manages the property and treats his tenants with the upmost respect and dedication that one could ask for! And Shane is by far the best and most efficient property maintenance expert you could ask for - handles anything you might need almost immediately. No matter what other complexes get built in Moco in the future, theres no doubt that Blues Crossing will remain top of the list thanks to Jason and team!
