We had an outstanding experience with the team at Law Office of Matthew P. Metz all round. We initially chose to engage the Metz team, because they were strongly recommended by our amazing realtor (i.e. based on the experiences of many of HER other clients). The Metz team surpassed any expectations we had. Matthew provided really thorough, meticulous and helpful advice in discussions regarding the contract. He is supported by an experienced team of other professionals who ensured that all other aspects of the overall service were personalized, impeccable and swift. Each time I called in with an ad-hoc query which randomly arose during the closing process, I was able to speak to someone and get immediate/quick feedback. Everyone on the team were lovely to work/speak with. As with any real estate transactions, we encountered curveballs along the way (nothing to do with the Metz team), but the Metz team provided a phenomenal service and helped us close as seamlessly as possible. A few years ago, we had engaged another law firm (highest rating on one of the major property websites) regarding another property. The Metz team is superior in all respects. Above all, I could call and get swift feedback, benefit from high quality, trust-worthy advice, and receive wonderful, personable service.
