Mr. A. Acosta and Mrs D. Leon are the best therapist/ psychiatrist combination i've ever had. Both of them deserve positive reviews and feedback, -both have exceeded my expectations with the utmost professionalism. Lifestance has been a great asset to me- making therapy convenient and a very powerful tool for self growth and behavioral modification which has continued to help me overcome major depression and anxiety.

I have struggled for a long time with my mental health. Recently it got to the point I thought my mind would shatter from the stress. Both my doctor and therapist have been amazing. My doctor or noticed something no one else did. I am now on meds and been doing a lot better. My therapist has been nothing but supportive and understanding. A true no judge zone. I am doing much better and couldnt be happier. Though I am only a month in my life is for the better. These people know what they are doing and are good people. If you need help, get it. Do not be like me and suffer in silence for years. Get the help you need. If you are prescribed meds just remember they are a tool. They help you be in a better place so therapy can work. Thank you for giving back my sanity, my life and piece of mind. Edit: I have been with LifeStance now for 2 years and they are just as good as when I first found them. Been with my therapist and psych for that long. Thank you again for giving me my life back. I am thriving!
