I had approached more than ten lenders including all the major banks in Westchester and had not been able to secure funding for a real estate purchase. A banker friend of mine suggested that I call Rich Leahy.
He appraised the property the day after I met him and I was able to close on the property five days later.
I was very close to losing my down payment and if not for Leahy Partners that would have happened.
The whole process was quick and easy and I could not be happier with the results.
