    I had a CT scan on Friday 3/8. The tech was very nice and told me that the results would be to my doctor by Monday 3/11. She said I would hear from the doctor by Monday or Tuesday with results. I contacted my doctor and the results have still not been sent. I called Yorktown imaging Wednesday 3/13 and I am being told that they are very busy and dont know when the results will be read. At this point they have me backed into a corner because what can I do to find out the results of the test without them. Its frustrating to not feel well and now I cant get the results of my test.

    I had an X-ray done on my right knee approximately 12:15pm on 12/4/23. Once it was, over doc told me shed call with results - Same day, after hours of no word, I called was told someone would call me back, as of closing 8pm I heard nothing. Today, 12/5/23, after several messages left, 3 times speaking to facility employee I STILL DO NOT HAVE TEST RESULTS ! Was told we are extremely busy someone will call you back . Incredible the lack of care and concern for a patient ! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ! Shameful ! Over 34 hrs waiting for someone to read a simple X-ray report of my knee. Tomorrow 12/6 /23 I will go back to facility give a piece of my mind, and DEMAND report !

    My god this place is awful. Waiting over an hour for our scheduled appointment with my 2 year old son. Then another 15 minutes for the CD and when it still wasnt done I said Id have to come back because they said on the phone when I made the appointment the whole thing wouldnt take more than 15 minutes. Just came back today for the CD and they couldnt find it. Wild.
