I am writing a review as a former Seed teacher and now as a Seed parent. There is no other preschool that I would choose to send my son to. Our drive is 20 minutes to The Seed and it is worth it to know that my son is safe and his needs are met daily. The owners and teachers are doting, attentive and compassionate. For the three year old program, a main focus is to help children develop their social skills, which is a critical life skill. When I pick up my son from school, I am always greeted with a great big smile. I highly recommend The Seed for the ultimate care for your child(ren).

There are not enough superlatives to describe The Seed, the way they nurtured my kids over the last 3 years was phenomenal. Such lovely people and my kids flourished from being there. So grateful.

Honestly, I 've been mislead by google reviews about this daycare. I've put my daughter 2 years ago and after 3 months my daughter who used to smile, talk and laugh stopped talking. She was obviously very unhappy there. My daughter told me that they are not allowed to talk. They also have a science room that never use. And most of all they keep a child alone on a table doing coloring all day long. A simple test of truth, schedule a visit, and look at the kid there. Do they look happy, open to people and knowledgeable? You'll make your own opinion. Sincerely, wish the best for your kid!

Our son attended The Seed Daycare from the age of 2 yrs 9 months to 4 yrs 8 months, and loved every minute of it. We visited 6 or 7 day cares in the area and after speaking with the director of education at Seed, really felt that it was the best place. Her understanding of children was much better than the others, and the approach she described was much closer to what we were looking for. Our son started in the youngest group, and it didnt take long for us to be able to drop him and go.The teachers made both him and us feel comfortable from the first day. As he then moved into the next age group, and then the next, the teachers really got to know him, to understand both his strengths and the areas where he could use help, and really made an effort to meet him where he was. The play based system is perfect for young children, but at the same time they incorporate a lot of learning, almost seamlessly. Whenever we had questions about parenting, the answers we got were consistently helpful and informed. Indeed, they went out of their way to accommodate us. When we were ready to move on, they were particularly helpful in terms of what type of program he would do best in. In several cases, they shared very useful parenting related resources. The Seed is run by two very experienced, caring, and thoughtful educators who understand children and are truly interested in helping them learn and grow. The teachers they employ are equally good. We learned a lot both about our own child and about raising a child. Not least, we felt the food they served was very healthy, and let us feel that he was being well nourished. We will not soon forget the important role that the Seed had in our sons early life.

After visiting many daycares, I am glad I chose The Seed. My daughter loves it there. She is always talking about the activities they have there and how much fun it is. If she’s happy, I’m happy!
