My wife and I both think the Yorktown Heights Bank of America branch, is by far the best branch when it comes to listening to our problem, and going out of their way spending the time fixing what needs fixing! All the staff in the Yorktown Heights branch has a friendly, professional attitude. LATOYA (think shes a manager), was a SUPERSTAR in getting done what we needed help with!!! EASY 5 STARS!

I am so disappointed on this bank, i truly don't recommend this place, I made an appointment about a week ago for today, yesterday the woman called me to confirm and i confirmed, i showed up, waited for over an hour and same woman said i was not on her schedule, what in the F, I lost my day at work to be there today, i wasted more than an hour waiting for nothing! I Honestly i heard many people have this issue with this bank,

Bank is absolutely useless. Doesnt provide even half the services others do. Always difficult to get anyone to help. If the credit card wasnt my oldest standing account I would have closed my last account years ago. DO NOT USE!
