        I bought a pair of shoes here and it was a major headache trying to return them two days later. The sales associate (who I know was just doing her job) said the shoes showed sign of wear and I could not return. I guess people wear them in the store to try on? Why is that my problem? I tried calling corporate and the number was busy. Finally after chatting online with someone for a half hour they accepted the return. What nonsense. Aldo lost a good customer.
