I began bringing my friend Theresa for physical therapy for her ankle I realize that I had some things that needed attention. Empowerment. It's the place to go when you're hurting. The therapists have a sense of humor. But not only that They know the parts of the body and muscles etc.

Dr.Lin and team have created a professional and modern environment for patients. Patient area is clean and comfortable, patient care areas are bright to go along with staffs cheerful demeanor. I look forward to my weekly pt sessions with Dr.Em, she is caring, considerate and her knowledge and listens to her patients. Another great feature is plenty of no charge parking.

This was my first time going through physical therapy and it changed my life for the better. I sustained an ankle sprain that continued to give me issues. Cupping therapy worked wonders! I would instantly feel relief after my therapy session.

In January 2024 I began PT at Empowerment PT in Yonkers,NY to get relief from arthritic pain in my knee. The pain I had has greatly diminished and I feel that surgery is definitely not a consideration. In addition to treating my knee,any other arthritic pains in other parts of my body were addressed and treated as well The Empowerment practice has a very positive and friendly vibe which puts me at ease and makes me feel that my healing is of the utmost importance. I would highly recommend this PT practise.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck. My doctor suggested I go to a physical therapist. I asked a friend if she could recommend a facility. Fortunately she told me about Empowerment.Before I went to the facility the therapist called me and wanted to know about me & my situation. I found him to be caring, kind & knowledgeable. When I went to the facility I found it to be very welcoming, modern & clean.After my third visit I was feeling no pain. I would recommend Empowerment Physical Therapy. You wont be disappointed.
