Ill make this easy and simple the lady that was just working there at 12:30 PM April 12, is a nice woman. However, I did not appreciate the worker that was there with her, this man who was working with her, took my glasses, pops the lens out drops the lens on the floor thinking that I didnt notice him carelessly dropping my lens on the floor. He doesnt apologize for it and then assumes that hes going to offer me a frame that I dont want. He didnt even ask me if it was a frame I would like, he was ready to sneak to the back and reshape my lens to fit a pair of frames I did not approve of. I told the lady if you dont have the frames I have then I dont want any other frames. The man was mad because I didnt want what they were offering and didnt even say goodbye by back after i said have a good day to everyone.
