"Real southern food by real Afro-American cultural southerners ". support. We haven't seen or taste this in a long time in Mount Vernon, NY and we need to make sure they stay. In supporting the success and growth of our cultural businesses of this city, we shall rise...Again! Let us rise as Afro-Amercan people as we pull each other up the latter of entrepreneurship by supporting our own cultural businesses, first, that's how we rise together...my people. If another business gives this restaurant less then 5 stars after tasting this food, then you can bet that they are not truly of this food culture - only a real deal Afro-American southerner can do it best. Chicken was very tasty, seasoned quite well. Some hiccups in service but nothing that wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Yum, yum, yum; that was delicious, and the staff was so welcoming. Great menu selection and really nice portions. I'll definitely be back!
