We are so thankful we were recommended to Synergy! They eased our very reluctant parents in to home health care in such a sensitive and supportive way - something I didn't think was possible! J. Heinlein and Annie are wonderful managers and really understand the needs of the elderly. They were so helpful in so many ways!

We are very grateful for the flexibility and caring nature of the Synergy team. Our initial point of contact was with Jay who came out and did a full home inspection at my parents apartment. Annie then became our primary contact and she has proven to have amazing patience. Annie has a true understanding of what home healthcare is all about. The aides are well trained and have been fabulous with my parents. They are sincere in their concern for the well-being of the people in their care. Thank you Annie for all you and your team do!
