Attendant left me laying in bed for 20 mins with all the ecg attachments just wearing a gown and not giving updates. The front desk has a nasty attitude, they dont wanna be bothered because theyre chatting amongst themselves.

I never leave reviews however my last experience at Sun River Health was unacceptable. This complaint is specifically for Dr. Sofia Campbell!
I want to start off my saying that I have been going to Sun River Health for many years to specifically see Dr. Shah who is amazing!
However, the GYN there is now Dr. Sofia Campbell who is extremely unprofessional! After Dr. Campbell examined me, she left the room and began making comments to two other nurses there. Dr. Campbell began laughing and stated that it was ridiculous I went in and should have known that my concern was just my cervix. One of the nurses laughed and made the comment first of all, why were her fingers in there anyway. Another person proceeded to say I think you know why. This conversation was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I didnt want to cause a scene in the moment. However, I will be filing a formal complaint. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful,awful, awful customer service. You WILL NOT speak to anyone who has a clue about anything or how to speak to you professionally. Period. Go anywhere else.

Today was my first time visiting Sun River Clinics. I had an appointment with Dr. Madhavi Shah for my diabetic condition.
Dr. Madhavi Shaw was terribly condescending, a Ms. Know it all, a sharp reply to anything I said, and disrespectful. I have a Ph.D. and am probably twenty to thirty years her senior, and the treatment was awful. I have been a diabetic for thirty years, having seen doctors in California, Cairo (Egypt), Peru, and Miami, including Bellevue Hospital in New York City. She disregarded anything from my experience over the years. If you look on Google, you will not that another person recently posted a similar review just a few months ago.
The reception area was not terrible but actually good, the nurses were really nice. But, that doctor! I have not had such a bad experience like that one in a long time. She contradicted everything that I said and that I have experienced with my diabetic condition.
Thanks but no thanks, my last time seeing her. She ruined the whole experience. I do not plan to leave your clinic but I will try to switch to another doctor.
