They are so incompetent and rude. They keep giving the run around. Before visiting the office, I asked about all the required documentation needed. When I get there, I had to wait 45 minutes before getting help because they have only 1 computer. Then they couldnt process and they told me to come back next day. I go in the next day and now they remember I need another document. I asked the girl at the front deskshe answers that she doesnt know where her mind was and she forgot to tell me. How UNPROFESSIONAL!! After I vented out my frustration, the rude owner had the audacity to tell me to get out. I will never step foot in that place of business. Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge and very unprofessional!!
