        Was on the phone for hours on hold to cancel my policy. Seems like strategic plan to make cancellation as hard as it can be. Will never insure with Progressive again if they cant even hire someone to answer the phone in s timely manner. Have yet to cancel but will try again tomorrow.

        I came to pick up a check for a car that had been totaled. In this very fancy office building , there is no one there except one person sitting behind the glass. You are not invited into an office to discuss anything. You're basically standing outside talking to this person. I guess who seems to be like a receptionist, but it's actually the person handling paperwork for the claim. The gentleman was very nice. I just thought that for such a big company that they would have people working there and a more comfortable environment for their clients or people making claims to be in then in the reception area.
