Service and staff were good but the furniture pieces we bought, quality was not great.

Horrible customer service and satisfaction. When we placed our order we were provided with a certain date and time frame for when we would've received our bed. They delivered us the store display instead of the actual new product. When we brought this to their attention they were promising for months we would get a new bed. This never happened its been 3 months. When we went back asking why they continue to lie everyday on the phone saying it was being delivered or not answering their phone - they said sorry we have to get you a new bed. Still haven't received the bed. I wouldn't recommended purchasing anything from this store. Rebecca and her husband (both owners of the store) will give you stories blaming the manufacturers for their delivering services and product malfunction and will continue to mislead and say product is on the way when its not.
