I was shocked to read negative reviews on here. I've been coming to this dry cleaner for the past 7 years and have nothing but good things to say. The woman at the front desk is always friendly and kind. The dry cleaning is fast and reliable and you can't beat the price. It's cash only and you pay up front but that's worth it because the prices are unbeatable, even upstate. They always moderate expectations when it comes to stains, saying they'll do their best but can't get everything out. So far, they've succeeded with all stains. I dropped something off today that might not be doable but we will see. I recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in Yonkers or the Bronx. Conveniently located by Cross County Shopping Center.

They are not customer friendly at all. They think because the price of the service is cheap you should accept horrible customer service.  No true! The owner literally threw our clothes at my husband and told hi. To get the F out. Unacceptable.
