Stay away if you have nice clothing !!!!
Today I picked up my favorite sweater, with the hole on the front, they try to fix without asking me, it but sewing ugly stiches, which made it look even worse. I couldn't believe it.
Owner insisted I pay for dry cleaning, Didn't even say sorry. Trying to tell me it is fabric.
This is not first time they damaged my clothing. Once pants in light pink color m, i picked up with greenish film. Black turtleneck I picked it with bleach kind of stain on the front, I had to throw it away.

I use this location because it's closest to my home and I don't have time to drive across town to do dry cleaning. Over the course of 5 years, I'm not sure I've ever had a conversation or received a smile from this proprietor. That's okay, however you just get the feeling that they don't like you or the people in the community even though they have no problem getting a pretty good amount for the services they provide. Recently, I dropped off a new suit one of my sons needed pressed & prepped for an event that took place last night. This is not the first time I've done this run of the mill dry cleaner function.
Looking at my son come through the door last night I'm finding that the vents still had the big white x stitches that hold them down for purchase and the little stitches that hold the tags were still on the arm and I thought this is just another example of how this guy doesn't want to go the extra mile for a customer. It's a common function. My boys don't always wear suits, so they don't always know that take a look before they put it on, but that's one of the reasons I pay to send it to the dry cleaners. Like everything else in dealing with this particular vendor, he doesn't look like he cares.

DO NOT DROP YOUR GOOD STUFF OFF HERE!I dropped off two favorite sweaters for regular cleaning: one wool; one cashmere. They shrunk both and the wool sweater had a hole in the front. I'm amazed they didn't say anything and let me pay for the cleaning when I originally picked it up. I went back and they repaired the hole, so now instead of a hole I have a three inch stitch down the front. Each sweater is about $500 retail (Zadig & Voltaire brand), but I had already made up my mind to stay calm, and said to the owner "I dropped off two sweaters and both were returned to me damaged, one with a hole and both shrunken. I just want to make you aware because whoever is doing this needs to know that what they are doing is destroying the items." He told me to go stretch my sweaters. Instead of going absolutely insane I decided to walk out. I'm out  hundreds of dollars and two favorite sweaters.Save yourself the headache and DON'T FLUSH YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS DOWN THIS DRY CLEANERS TOILET. Go elsewhere because it's as good as throwing your clothes away bringing them to this cleaners.

I only dropped few pieces for dry cleaning this week as I m traveling and didnt have time to go by  the one I always use.I just can't believe the owner was giving my hard time  to pay for service. No apologies. No money.
