I bought in a dress to be tailored for a wedding, and am leaving with it damaged, and unwearable to my event. Initially, the dress was bought in to have the straps shortened. The straps had sequins on them, and the sequins 1/3 of the sequins have fallen off, and more are falling as the ends were not tied. I noticed this immediately and the tailor has the audacity to say she didnt do it. I have proof of when I purchased the dress, I bought it here immediately after. The dress STILL has tags on it. If the dress was in such bad condition why would I 1) purchase it or 2) not mention to have it fixed or 3) WHY DID SHE NOT NOTICE IT if it was indeed damaged when I bought it in since I tried it on for her to take measurements. I ended up scrapping her floors on my hands and knees for scraps to have her fix it. She said her needle cannot go through the sequins. I suggested to do it without the needle and she refused. This is a $200 dress. Mistakes happen, however she shouldve taken accountability. NOT DEFLECT.
