I appreciate the follow up and laser focus to details even after several Weeks pass in between appointments. The Dentists and office staff seem to communicate well amongst themselves. The dentists empathy towards pain sensitivity always earn a A+ In my book! And there is nothing like confidence taking a selfie with super star with the right smile ..Smile Design did that !

Westchester smiles design. I've been going to them for many years. And I never had a problem. I think they have new staff now and they are very unprofessional. I've been calling for 2 days to make an appointment for my daughter Nobody answers the phone. I've left messages and text messages. And because I sent a Text message to them that they never answer their phone. They finally called me back at 3 o'clock to tell me that they don't take my Health Insurance anymore. And try to explain that they Are very busy also, they haven't had a dental hygienist in a couple of years and they never called us back to reschedule if they did.I would have known that they don't take my insurance anymore ....
