Incompetence at its finest...Don't know how this branch stays open since the people working here haven't a clue as to what they're doing. And when they fail to do their job, they blame it on the customer.

Watch for the heavy set lady with the short light brown hair and glasses. She went into an Asian supermarket, she didn't get what she wanted like she was the Queen and everyone was her servants. She told the staff to speak English. I defended the staff and she went nasty on me. When she passed by me, she cursed me telling me , "F U". The only reason how I know she works in this bank is because she went to another staff to complain about the staff she didn't like and pointed at Atlantic bank, she works and find her. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he was concerned but he explained to me that since it didn't happen inside the bank, he can't do anything. Like fire her!!!!Watch out for her, she is nasty and has a short fuse. With that attitude, I would not want to sign up an account over there. Thanks to that lady.
