Lived here for 2 years. I thought this was a great apartment and complex the first few months but that went downhill fast. They say this is a non smoking complex but your neighbors will smoke right under your window and nothing will be done about it. My couches constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking situation is atrocious, especially if you're a renter. There is open parking that the city owns in the middle of the complex but other residents will "claim" that space and get upset if you park there even though it's free for anyone to park in. The woman who sits at the front desk of the management office, Julie, is very rude. If you call to ask her a question she has an attitude with you. I had the fire department come out once because my carbon monoxide alarm was going off due to the complex not replacing the old one, I called asking her to send someone with a replacement and she never did. I had to call again the next day and the property manager had someone come within 20 minutes. Julie then called me 5 days later to see if I still needed one. She also lost my lease and had no record stating that I rent there. She never logged my complaints about the smoker under my window. I only know because when I spoke to the property manager about it, he had no idea what I was talking about. The apartments are not well insulated and the walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors at all times! The only good thing is this is in an area that has a lot of shops that are easily walkable. All in all, I'm glad I was able to get out of there and find an apartment I love. I would never move back here even if I was desperate.

There is no parking for those who rent, only for those who buy an apartment, I've been living here for 8 years and I'm tired of looking for parking all the time, that's why I'm leaving
