This is by far one of the worst places in downtown Yonkers. - Apartments are being renovated with new hardwood flooring, appliances, etc. for new residents only, while everyone else lives with outdated and broken features falling apart. - Theres no secure mail room, so deliveries are usually left in the lobby where other residents help themselves to steal them. - Elevators are CONSTANTLY broken. Its such a safety hazard and I cant believe someone hasnt gotten hurt yet. - Rodents throughout the complex. The walls are so thin that you can hear mice running through them. - Constantly dirty, with people littering through the halls and elevators. - Management is horrible and changes every few months. - Homless and addicts living in the stairwells. This is what youd be paying outrageous prices for to live in this building. Meanwhile, I know people who are on Section 8 and living in newly constructed luxury apartments in the same area.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL ADD CHARGES TO RENT JUST SO THEY CAN TAKE YOU TO COURT. KEEP RECEIPTS AND PAPER TRAIL ON THEM IF YOU DO MOVE HERE. THE WORST PLACE I EVER MOVED TO.

This apartment sucks there roaches and mices everywhere and some spiders and the facts that when they come to get it away they put a foam in the cracks they mostly at and still they come in my apartment! And be careful when your children go to there parks it also ghetto and some kids might teach your kids bad stuff you don't want know. Be careful with some of the people in apartment cuz you never know there true colors. And be careful when you get stuck in elevator because someone got stuck on 6th floor without there phone tried called the emergency elevator service it didn't help them cuz the apartment didn't pay for them. Never live on 3rd floor that where the most fires happen. Don't live on 47 Riverdale because there possible you get stuck in that elevator then the one in 34 Prospect Street.

I don't make $57,000 a year so I can't live here. Meanwhile, I know people who do live there that for sure don't make that amount. I know people who got an apartment before even getting an application simply because of someone they knew. I don't know what's going on here but I will find out.
