I decided to treat myself to personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions in 2023 that runs for one year. I enjoyed the monthly in-person visits, though it is a bit of a trek, it is only once a month. At those visits, we review the next round of exercises and I can also receive PT treatments for anything that is bothering me, from hand soreness from typing, TMJ from clenching my jaw, tight hips from sitting for long periods of time, etc. I also really enjoy the yoga practices that Sarah Avery provides videos for so you can feel as if you have a personal trainer in the comfort of your home. Sarah is a caring and invested professional that I highly recommend.

I went to see Sarah Avery for a long time issue of shoulder pain during the night while sleeping. She prescribed effect exercises to strength the neck and shoulders that greatly reduce the nightly pain. She also did some hands on manipulation that was helpful. During this time she also addressed some nerve pain in my leg that resolved nicely. Sarah is insightful, highly skilled and very pleasant to work with. I loved the hour long session and the personal attention. The open space of her office was pleasant and her attention to detail made this one of the best therapeutic treatments ever!

I absolutely love the OsteoVitality Program! The strength gains I've experienced are remarkable, and my overall health has significantly improved. The sense of community is unparalleled; the participants and instructors feel like friends, extending our connections beyond the classroom. The focus on strength building and unwavering attention to safety and personal growth make this program exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone seeking both fitness and a supportive community.

Sarah, Michaela and Kenny are excellent at what they do.Ive never liked group fitness or strength training but they have changed that. All three of them are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, attentive and approachable. The classes are small and the members are friendly and supportive. I can see and feel the results. Im stronger.I feel better. Im so grateful I found this strength training program.
