I would just like to say a few words in regard to my experience with Suzanne Tomasello. I had acquired a home after the death of a loved one. I didn't know where to turn as the home was forty miles away. I met Suzanne at the Buffalo Homeshow in early March, admiring her staging display. We chatted and the conversation flowed to this home I had acquired. She offered a referral to a person who handles estates, both estate sales and clearing out, and she offered to appraise the home once cleared out, despite being 40 miles away. Let me tell you, Suzanne Tomasello turned out to be an efficient, motivated, and intelligent individual who is on the ball, she leaves no stone unturned - my "guardian angel" throughout this whole process. She staged this home and was very compassionate and sympathetic. Shy of two months, the home was sold! To wrap up, I highly recommend Suzanne Tomasello for all your listing needs. She made this process as smooth as it can possibly be! I wasn't disappointed in the least!!

Suzanne is energetic, fun, nice and extremely knowledgeable. She is always willing to explain things to you and has great instincts. In the market right now having someone with good instincts can save you money and heart aches. We had went through 2 other Realtors and we were nervous to switch to a third one and we're so happ we did! Suzanne really cares about her clients and steps up when it's time to show it. We had a situation were the seller of the house we just bought cancled our contract AFTER we spent $500 on a home inspection. This was over something petty but Suzanne stepped up and made it right for us AND the seller. The seller ended up agreeing to the new terms and it was due to her quick actions that resurrected the sale of the house. We have been in our new house for the last 3 months and we are so greatful to Suzanne for helping us in our journey. The real estate market is extremely intimidating and it can be hard to find something that's right for you. Having someone in your corner who truly cares is really important. I would 100% recommend Suzanne to anyone.
