I have repeatedly asked the company to fix the roof above a serious leak in my tenant's bedroom. They have variously either not responded or sent someone to "have a look" but have done nothing---for TWO years.  They even tried to blame us for using heat in the bedroom in the winter (hmmm) and causing the leak!  I'm not happy about having to broadcast this publicly but I can't seem to get through to this company how much damage is being done by its inaction. I like the owner and his son who are generally very approachable. But in this case not so much. I have friends who live in their condos and pay HOA fees that haven't been plowed out and are stranded in their homes after this blizzard. No one responding to calls or messages. Meanwhile all these owners are trapped in their homes due to NO PLOW service showing up and owners have been 4 days without being able to leave their homes in Amherst. When all the other complexes are plowed out and roads are down to pavement. Its a shame they treat their owners like this.

It has been a nightmare to deal with them as property managers. Painfully slow response time is the best thing I can say about them. Rude, dismissive, uncooperative. I'm speaking specifically of the management and office staff, and this impression is the result of many interactions over the years. My infrequent interactions with the maintenance staff have been positive.
