This place is amazing they truly care about their patients. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I recommend this place to anyone with injuries from head trauma. Amy and Dawn are both excellent with me they also are helping understand whats going on with me and treating my injuries after my TBI

Curtis is the man he is the nicest and most professional person I have dealt with with my injuries I highly recommend this place and especially him he makes it fun and respects and is very informative

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience recently. It was my first visit, and I needed therapy relating to a mTBI I experienced last summer. I was already a tiny bit nervous going to my appointment because I am touchy about the subject. Then, I was talking to the receptionist and I handed her my ID and insurance to help me get into the system. All of a sudden she gave me this quizzical look! I was confused why she was staring at me while holding my license. All of a sudden, she said "You're 21 years old??? You look like YOU'RE 12!". I was so embarrassed she said this! Not only was it inappropriate to say to a customer / client, but there were many people in the waiting room that heard her say that too! I understand I might appear young for my age, but to say I look like a literal child (12 year old) is utterly disrespectful. Bad experience with the receptionists; they have no professionalism. Normally I never write reviews but something had to be said. Other then that, the other healthcare professionals working here were wonderful so far.
