Excellent treatment and best customer service. We have had the pleasure of having the best deal when buying our Minis. Waiting to receive our third. Even from a distance we do not change the treatment and service of Mini Buffalo. There is no pressure for us to buy. In the latter we had the pleasure of ordering it to our liking. Alan Reszetucha is the best!! He helped me with 2 vehicles and was extremely patient with me and I believe that he goes above and beyond any salesman that I have ever met! Hes at the Mini in Williamsville and hes just great and truly trustworthy! A person who always honors his promises!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would have! I purchased my 1st Mini Cooper (convertible) this week and ALL of the staff were AMAZING !! My Salesman Alan Reszetucha made my car buying experience a very positive one and he wasn't pushy the way that the sales people at other dealerships can be. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I want to thank everyone (Alan, Hasan Razak, Ting Zheng, Jason in finance - didn't get a last name, and the girls at the front desk) for everything!!! Nicole
