I love this location!!! For one, Catholic Health is the only area lab service that really goes above and beyond given my situation with my veins. Other businesses have a quota one supplies, refusing to use smaller gauge "butterflys" and instead using gauged needles that they can't access my veins with, then with a "two stick per staff member" policy, sending me to different locations because they exhausted the staff there. Catholic Health labs have never been this ridiculous and I really appreciate it as my veins are difficult to access. They listen to me and are always worried about hurting me which is never a problem, I just want to make it as easy as possible for them. The staff at this location is so kind and personable. I go every couple months and yet they seem to remember me and it's nice to pick up the conversation about how they're doing as well as their family. It's a personalized experience that you don't always get nowadays.

Fast, efficient yet still friendly. I get a bit nervous but the staff here are calm and friendly. I always come to this lab/office.

The technicians are very professional. The office is run very well, I feel very safe and confident going there for my blood work.
