        This company was good initially. However they LIED to my Primary Care Doctor to disqualify me because they were completely understaffed (something to which the employees had no problem discussing). The lie came from an OT member (Melissa) and management ran with it because of the over staffing issue. PT wasnt bad, OT was the real problem. However this lie by an employee and the gross negligence by management just so they can balance their books is NUTZ! If your worried about losing your position here as a client then go somewhere else, I worked with these people for while so I was very surprised something like this couldve happened dont let it happen to you, go somewhere else!

        Very unprofessional!!! On call Nuse show up with attitude like its our fault we needed service!!! Asked her to remove her dirty old Ugg boots she refused!!!! Had to call on call again due to problem w/ wound vac they never called back!!!!!! I will never use this service again here in Bflo,NY If you dont like coming into certain homes GET a different JOB!!!!!!!!!
