        Dealing with the death of a loved one is a time when you are not thinking clearly. The director I worked with was compassionate and understanding. No high pressure. She gave suggestions when I was in a quandary as to what to do. The memorial service ran overtime and not once were we told to wrap it up so they could go home. They went out of their way to make things perfect.
