Incoherent/arrogant staff There was an area of the store with items still wrapped on pallets and I asked if those items could be priced. The guy at the front said no, those are bad. I figured that meant the items had defects such that the store didnt even want to sell them, that they were being sent back. But I walked back to that area and noticed that there was toilet paper in one of the pallets, and toilet paper cant have a hidden defect. They must have cameras because while I was back there scratching my head, the guy from the front walked back and asked why I was back in that area because he said those items arent for sale. I said that he said the items are bad, but theres toilet paper in them and toilet paper cant have hidden defects. He said you have to buy the entire pallet. That makes more sense, I told him, but thats not what he said a few minutes ago. He asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for because he would help point me to it in the warehouse. I told him TVs (which were in the pallets) and he said no we dont have any TVs individually for sale, but TVs are pretty cheap at retailwhy would you just not just buy one at a regular store? I dont know, sir, why would I buy anything at your store when I can just buy it at a regular retail outlet? What a bizarre reply. Towards the front I picked up a water filter, and the same guy said those arent for sale either and pointed to a sign on a wall leading to a room about 10 feet away that said employees only behind this point. I said, that sign would logically pertain to that room, not the entire area in front of it! He goes youve got this entire warehouse and youre only looking at the things that arent for sale. Well because its not clear whats for sale and what isnt? Its not like there are price tags on anything anyway, so you cant reasonably deduce whats for sale and whats not based on that. I left after this.

Great deals. Always working to make the price work for the coustomer. Friendly and outgoing staff. We live 2 hours away and always make a trip out to see what we can find. We ALWAYS find something to walk way with. Recommend 5 stars!

It is honestly amazing what you can find at this place!! My business partner and I upcycle furniture and create custom home furnishings, art pieces, basically anything you could ever want a home decor we will find a way to make a reality. This place has helped us find some of the key pieces to make a clients unique pieces of furniture or art a reality. They have an app that you can look up products to get a general idea of what the item is worth, and from there, you negotiate with the fine gentleman at checkout. Play your cards right, and youll surely walk out with a killer deal. Also, remember that this isnt a thrift store, and although some items are used, most are new, so you shouldnt expect to get everything for a dollar. Make fair offers, and I have had times where he has given me a crazy good deal or not charged me for something because I was throwing him reasonable offers. He is really a nice guy, as long as their is a mutual respect for one another, I cant see you having a bad experience at this store. Literally one of my favorite places in the Buffalo area to find really great deals on high-quality items. Oh, and the last time I was there, I bought a full set of dual panel curtains and rods for my entire apartment, 84 long, crushed velvet design, brand new, all matching, covering a total of 6 large windows, for $130. Would have cost me well over $400 for the same at a retail store. I am not an interior decorator or really one to pay much attention to that kind of thing but it looks SO GOOD, like I was just looking for something to cover my windows but I ended up with a gorgeous result. Go here, its a unique experience you wont get anywhere else.
