I had a tour here and was seriously thinking about sending my child here. That was until I noticed that all of the fluorescent lights had bugs in the plastic covers. I noticed some of the bugs were moving very slow, so I was like what the heck? That can't be a fly or a spider...on closer inspection I can only assume they were cockroaches just based on their oval shape and crawling behavior. It makes sense they were in the lights because they love warm places. Also all of these 5 STAR REVIEWS on here are fake. Just click on any of the users that posted them and you can see them posting reviews in CA, FL and OH too...shame

I had worst experience ever,, all the best misses left this daycare, The director at the Wehrel location is extremely rude ,unprofessional,and greedy ,,,all what they care is the payment, I never been late to the payment due,, but once I traveled and I called them when I came back they didn’t even say hi ! Just your payment,, my son in toddler class the class smells so bad as poop.. and usually my son got dipper rush because they didn’t change for him.. also not safe one day I took my son from the daycare he was laying on the floor his fingers were under the door no one care! Miss Emy is the only one who care and nice with my son and I think she will leave soon, i paid for 4 days and my son didn’t attend and they didn’t give my money back ! Just don’t take your child there.

I have no idea why this place has more than one star...I took my daughter here a couple years ago when we were looking for daycare's. My sister recently called and was spoken to so rudely on the phone she didn't even set up anything to schedule a tour, which is why I've decided to leave a review. I'm not sure if it's the whole facility or just one main lady in particular, but the woman I am referring to was older and took us on a tour. Now, I had called and told them my daughters age and set up a tour, they failed to mention on the phone that they did not have any openings in the room for her age group. The woman even laughed at me when I told her my daughter would need to start right away. That wasn't the worst of it. We went to the toddler room where my daughter would be if she went there and it was so small and cluttered. Next the woman took me to more of a preschool type room and one of the children ran up and hugged me and just wanted to talk. Not an issue with me at all. The woman had the audacity to say to me all snotty, "oh, don't worry about him, he clearly has issues." I could tell the child maybe had a developmental delay, but to talk that way about a child, and in front of other children no less, boiled my blood. They may have decent reviews, but it seems like they are all fake and are paying someone off to leave them. Be careful of this place.
