They asked me to come in for an appraisal on my vehicle. I made the appointment and confirmed with Patrick, the sales manager, who I would be working with. He said himself. So I asked for him when I arrived as he told me to and I was told he would be right with me. Meanwhile Im hearing someone sitting at the front desk having a very unprofessional conversation in front of the whole sales floor. Lucky for them they had only one customer before we walked in. Turns out the guy rudely yelling lady! to a customer on the phone was Patrick. I was then helped by a newer salesman who was very nice, but I asked who I would be dealing with before for a reason and they couldnt stick to their word. The appraisal was done by the salesman & someone else (not the manager I was told was going out there) and they came back with a decent offer but still lower than the value of my vehicle at fair (the lowest) value. Meanwhile while waiting for the value to come back from the manager, Im sitting there watching him play on his phone while were waiting on them to get us numbers!! What is wrong with these guys?? When asking why they couldnt offer the even the lowest value they showed me on paper, they told me because there was an accident on it and some rust (NEWS FLASH - those are already accounted for on the shown value they didnt want to honor) then they proceeded to come up with a COMPLETE LIE and say my vehicle was making a whining noise when they drove it. My car literally wasnt making ANY noises of ANY kind. Literal TRASH management at this place. Scum. I should have walked when I heard how he was rudely handling his conversation with a customer in front of the whole floor.
