I have been banking with M&T for years now. But I have never had to do, any sort of banking with them inside. All my banking is done online, or at the ATM. This visit was for the ATM. The ATM is located in the lobby, and after hours you need to swipe in to get inside. I like that security feature, plus its well lit.

My dad has an account here and I am his (POA). The banker I was doing business with on behalf of my dad was very rude and extremely unprofessional.

This bank is completely incompetent of helping with a mortgage. After getting misinformation from the mortgage officer, costing me thousands of additional dollars. I have made several attempts to contact this person. No answer, no return calls, no nothing. Finally got a manager involved, then received a call back. My concerns and issues that arose from misinformation were simply blown off. Now I still try to make contact with no success. Hard to believe this person is getting paid to do a job. Incredibly disappointed, dissatisfied, aggravated, frustrated, and unfortunately, stuck dealing with them.
