I am a door dash delivery driver and everytime I have to pick up an order, they don't start them til you come in. Today I accepted the ordered and arrived 3 minutes later. Not only have they not stated the order but I had to wait 20 MINUTES before they even started it, after 5 minutes of just waiting for them to even acknowledge I was standing there waiting. From the time it was ordered til I left the store with it, it was 34 MINUTES!! The employees are Always Rude to me and treat me like I inconvenience them by picking up the order. If Bagel Jay's doesn't like to stop and make orders for door dash, THEN THEY SHOULDNT ALLOW ONLINE ORDERS! The order was placed and accepted at 11:53 and I arrived at 11:56, and left with the food at 12:27!! I had to ask for a bag....who would deliver food not in a bag? Never picking up orders here again or even eating here ever. Ridiculous!! I wrote this review leaving the store. It's now 12:33

Literally waited 30mins in the drive through4 cars in front of metraffics backing up down the street if you are short staffed closed the drive through..I was blocked in by cars and couldnt leave- lesson learned..sometimes you just need to go in
