        DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. My wife and I used this firm to close on a refinance. They asked us for our title certificate so that they can use it for our closing. No biggie they said it would take a while for it to be returned to us. I called them about a month ago to find out what is going on with my title certificate. I was greeted by the receptionist and she told me she would relay the message. I still haven't received a call. We then received a notice from city hall saying that our first half of our taxes weren't paid. I called back to find out what was going on. No response back of course. My wife called and Thomas Migliaccio responds in an email. Still hasn't gotten to the bottom of it nor have they contacted us.
