Rooms: Rooms are spacious and pleasant. Not as clean as Id prefer but not dirty. TV has Netflix & UTube TV which is great. Full kitchen with full size fridge and tube is Terrific. Housekeepers very nice. Safety: Very safe Food & drinks: The breakfast was disappointing - mostly processed food but the hot eggs were good and bagels always suffice. There is fruit. Mediocre. Noteworthy details: The staff is super duper nice. They upgraded me into a 2 bedroom suite from a studio upon arrival which was such a wonderful surprise for a 5 night stay. This allowed my daughter to stay with me rather than her dorm during my visit which was awesome.

The good- we booked this for a hockey tournament, the over night staff was very relaxed considering the cumotion. The even went out of there way to do activities for the kids. The bad- These room are dated, and dirty. Bed looked clean but all vents dirty, bathroom dirty, plates and silverware were dirty. Worst of all it was literally raining into the room all night. One of the worst leaks I have ever seen. And this has been on going for awhile. You can tell the hot3l has painted over the water marks at one point and there is Mold. When I went to inform staff in the morning the only staff I could find was a cleaner and she tried for 5 mins to find someone to talk to me unsuccessfully. For 160+ a night you can find better places near by.

Motel is reasonably nice. Fairly good breakfast items but definitely needs more than one waffle iron. Free laundry room is very helpful. Most of the week it's relatively quiet because it's a lot of traveling workers staying there. Weekends, unfortunately, is often not a nice, quiet stay. The staff is not proactive about reasonable noise levels. There would be people standing in the lobby yelling at each other and still the front desk people wouldn't ask them to quiet down or go outside. One night there were a group of unattended teens yelling in the lobby until after 1am. So loud we could hear it down the hall. But staff never did a thing about it. Unfortunately there seems to be occasional youth hockey games in the area and the breeders that regret having kids like to stay at this hotel. Kids run up and down the hall screaming, banging on people's doors, wrestling, and generally acting in a way that would make wild animals embarrassed. Breeders do nothing to parent and motel staff ignores it. So young kids will be in the pool unattended despite rules that say that's not allowed. There are signs and notes all around the hotel warning about human trafficking but on too many weekends there are kids completely unsupervised running loose in the motel making this location a great hunting ground for those looking to exploit kids. So while the hotel is reasonably nice, the noise level and lack of action from the staff makes me really unsure about ever returning.
