        Absolute professional who is very knowledgeable, considerate and patient. Our recent purchase in Harrison had several concerns and dragged a bit, which wasn't great given the market. Gary Krim provided transparency into what the issues were, took time to explain the different concerns and what they meant for our sale and maintained composure while dealing with the other party. Additionally, he advocates for his clients; holding the sellers accountable for managing their portions of the sale in a fair & conscientious way. He is extremely patient, very responsive and a educated attorney who manages with tact & diplomacy. I will certainly work with him again & HIGHLY recommend.
