I've known Karl since law school back in 2012. He has always been a commensurate professional and very knowledgable. I always appreciate the fact that if I had questions or an idea to run by him he's made himself accessible. Since that time many years ago, he has been my go to for real estate matters particularly for closings. Not only have I used him personally in the past, but when I have clients in my own law practice looking to sell or purchase homes - I refer them to Karl!

I am very pleased to have worked with Karl on two separate real estate transactions.
Karl was our attorney for one sale and one purchase. The sale was in NYC and the purchase was in Westchester County.
