I spoke to this lady to get my car title notarized, (in and out of white plains dmv) she made me wait and waisted my time as to why the tittle already signed in PA and to why was I signing my divorce name . I told her what can we do to have it done and she just simply said you know what, I wont do it. Smh. Bad attitude lady, literally a Karen. Luckily I walked around the street to Citibank and got it notarized without any inconveniences.

I cannot notarize a document if you are unwilling and refuse to sign your full legal name in front of me according to your identification presented. Your 10 minute wait, instead of 5 minutes, was because I had to repeat the notary law because you refused to listen and follow the instructions. You had already signed the document BEFORE meeting me at your appointment. I cannot notarize it as I could not be a witness to you signing it. You did not read or follow the PA DMV written instructions as to how to sign in front of a notary. You signed it without the notary as a witness, and did not use your full legal name on your ID.
