        I am new to White Plains. If you are in mental distress after the pandemic, good luck. You cannot get help here. No one has availability unless you can pay at least $500 out of pocket and they insist on seeing you again before they prescribe. It is like torture. Why did I move here.

        Physiatrist forgot to refill my meds, couldnt get in touch with anyone else, and no one returned my call regarding what to do with my meds, I just saw the physician day before she was supposed to refill my meds. Totally unprofessional, strongly dont recommend here.

        It is a really nice facility inside I just didnt appreciate the customer service and therapy they provided. Anything with associated with wp hospital is trash care. Nobody seems to take responsibility of the therapeutic aspect. shameful
