        Thank you After posting a negative review the other day, Im reversing my opinion. Van Cleef & Arpels customer relations was so attentive to my concerns. Both Carlos and Lori listened to my concerns regarding my dissatisfaction and immediately addressed the issue. Thank you once again for hearing me.

        Asha was so wonderful and helpful. She worked with me to track down the item I had my eyes on and was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. One of my best retail experiences.

        Horrible horrible horrible. Took 45min even with an appointment. The people there are slow and incompetent. It then took 30min to update my information in the system so she could ship my bracelet. Only so I can find out that she made a mistake and I had to go back to the store to pick it up. Another 45 min wait. Dont waste your time. Go to the city, get your nice chocolate and glass of champagne and truly enjoy your experience. White plains store is not worth it.
